The website is operated by CM EasyRent Solutions Limited (trading as CM Elite Properties), the data controller for the information described in this notice. Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address and message, together with any selected property, dates, guest count and estimated cost. If you accept analytics, we also receive usage information — pages viewed and which links and buttons are clicked — through Google Analytics, and anonymous, cookieless information through Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.
How we use your information
We use enquiry details to respond, send you an acknowledgement and discuss the stay you asked about. With your permission, we use anonymous site analytics to understand which pages are useful and improve the website. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising profiles.
Service providers
Resend delivers enquiry and acknowledgement emails. Vercel hosts the website and provides cookieless analytics and page-speed measurement. Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) measures how the site is used, which may involve transferring data outside the UK under Google's standard contractual clauses; it loads only if you accept analytics. Uplisting is used only to look up property prices; we do not send your enquiry details to Uplisting. These providers process information only to provide their services to us.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising cookies and we do not build advertising profiles. If you select Accept in the consent banner, Google Analytics sets its own analytics cookies (names beginning_ga) to recognise repeat visits and measure how the site is used; Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights are cookieless. None of them load until you accept — selecting Reject means no analytics cookies are set at all. We save only your accepted or rejected choice in your browser's local storage so we can remember it on your next visit. You can clear that choice, and any analytics cookies, at any time through your browser's site-data settings.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as we need it to answer your request, manage any resulting stay and meet legal or accounting obligations. We periodically review and delete information that is no longer needed. Your consent choice remains in your browser until you clear it.
Your UK data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its use, or request data you supplied in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the email above and we will respond in line with UK data protection law. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with our response.
