Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address and message, together with any selected property, dates, guest count and estimated cost. We also receive anonymous, cookieless usage information through Vercel Analytics only if you accept analytics.
How we use your information
We use enquiry details to respond, send you an acknowledgement and discuss the stay you asked about. With your permission, we use anonymous site analytics to understand which pages are useful and improve the website. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising profiles.
Service providers
Resend delivers enquiry and acknowledgement emails. Vercel hosts the website and provides cookieless analytics. Uplisting is used only to look up property prices; we do not send your enquiry details to Uplisting. These providers process information only to provide their services to us.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookieless and loads only after you select Accept in the consent banner. We save only your accepted or rejected choice in your browser's local storage so we can remember it on your next visit. You can clear that choice at any time through your browser's site-data settings.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as we need it to answer your request, manage any resulting stay and meet legal or accounting obligations. We periodically review and delete information that is no longer needed. Your consent choice remains in your browser until you clear it.
